Professional Fellowships engage participants not only with Precinct partners, but also feature a variety of professional contacts with local community innovators and businesses.

Leadership Exchanges

IVLP participants in a session at Montpelier

Leadership Exchanges are structured around one priority theme, such as promoting transparency and accountability or women’s economic empowerment. During these short programs, leaders have an opportunity to participate in structured discussions with Precinct-affiliated faculty, local government officials, business leaders, and the nonprofit community to strengthen their understanding of the theme in the U.S. context, share perspectives and experiences from their home countries, and build their professional network.

Global Forums

Global Forums engage a variety of corporate and programming partners for the purpose of addressing such timely global issues as rule of law, women’s rights, the role of business in society, and the power of young leaders to serve as agents of change. These events create opportunities for participants to delve into shared challenges, exchange ideas, forge lasting solutions, and grow their professional networks.
