Ondela Manjezi is a motivated population and statistics graduate who lends her platform to advocate for equality and inclusivity. With five  years’ experience in research, advocacy, and program management, Ondela has worked on programs and policies pertaining to population and development. In 2017, Ondela was announced as one of the Top 200 most influential young South Africans, Activate Change Driver 2016 and 2015 Children of South Africa (CHOSA) Community and program coordinator. These accolades where primarily for her work as Co-founder and Program Director of a non-profit organization called Township Farmers and her proven determination towards community development in her home grounds of Khayelitsha; the fastest growing township in South Africa which was constructed under the apartheid regimes Group Areas Act.
