Maria Kassova Kambembua Muadilu has over three years of business experience. She currently serves as an assistant operations accountant at Concordia Diamonds in Luanda. Ms. Muadilu worked for Barclays Bank as a sales and loans risk assessment employee. She later embarked on an entrepreneurial business venture selling electronic gadgets and hair products acquired from eBay and Alibaba. She holds an MBA in Accounting from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and a Public Management certificate from the YALI Regional Leadership Center at UNISA. Her passion for environmental sustainability led her to start a garbage innovation project called PalancaEco. Ms. Muadilu’s goal is to challenge the status quo and solve the garbage problem, expanding PalancaEco into a community innovation hub and implementing innovative garbage projects like fiber optic production that will benefit the community.
