Melusi Mngomezulu is from Swaziland and works in the field of monitoring and evaluation. He is one of the founding members of the Monitoring and Evaluation Association of Swaziland (MEAS) and is currently working for World Vision Swaziland as the Design, Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator. His key competences include, but are not limited to, monitoring and evaluation of health (HIV) and non-health (gender, food security, human rights and governance) programs including the design of M&E systems, data management, design and implementation of evaluation studies and the use of mobile data collection platforms. He also has served as an M&E Officer for the Coordinating Assembly for Non-Governmental Organizations (CANGO), a position he held for three years, and has previously volunteered under the United Nations Volunteer program. Melusi is also passionate about issues of key populations, youth unemployment and promoting volunteerism.
