She has managed grants for gender mainstreaming programs with nongovernmental organizations and trained Tanzanian paralegals on the gender-sensitive provision of legal aid. Currently, Diana works in strategy consulting with Dalberg, an international development consulting firm, and focuses on gender and inclusive economic development.
