Ikenna Ogbudimkpa has more than eight years of experience in the development sector, championing youth development causes for Africa’s sociopolitical and socioeconomic advancement. Ikenna is the Executive Director of Vision Alive Foundation, a non-profit that creates leadership and economic opportunities for young people, and Vision Incubation Hub. He is also the State Coordinator of the successful Not-Too-Young-to-Run movement, which mainstreams young people in politics, and a convener of Youth-Led Africa, which drives self-leadership and youth inclusion. He is also a part of the Rural Enterprise Acceleration Project (REAP) Africa, which equips underserved youth with relevant skills for enterprise development. Ikenna is passionate about his quest to mitigate the increasing rate of youth unemployment, noninclusion, and nonparticipation in governance that drastically affects the sustainable development of Africa. He holds a certificate in Public Leadership and Policy and a bachelor’s degree in Economics. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Ikenna plans to drive effective self-leadership skills in 100,000 African youths while creating economic opportunities for 10,000 underserved youths by 2030.
