As Program Officer, Grace designs, implements, and evaluates immersive professional, educational, and cultural exchange experiences for emerging and established leaders across the globe. Pursuing her interest in foreign affairs and economic development, Grace leads program implementation in each of the Precinct’s six core focus areas, including signature initiatives in economic opportunity and women’s empowerment. She also serves as the Administrative Director of the Presidential Precinct’s longest standing program: the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders. Immediately prior to joining the Presidential Precinct, Grace was the Business Development Representative at the Pittsburgh Technology Council. In this role, Grace introduced the Technology Council and benefits to local business community members. Grace began her career at Catholic Charities Diocese of Harrisburg, where she helped launch the Empowering Women for Success Project. Grace earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Tulane University.
