Viktor Prorok is appointed Supreme Court judge to the Civil Cassation Court. He holds a Master’s degree in International Law and English translation, as well as an MBA. He began his legal career in 2003 as a junior associate and prior to his appointment worked as an attorney at one of Ukraine’s leading law firms.
