Manqoba Dludlu has been working in the LGBTI field since 2013. Manqoba is the executive director of TransSwati, whose focus area is advancing equal rights of transgender people and access to different services without discrimination. She has assisted different organizations as a volunteer, events planner, and pharmacy assistant. Manqoba is completing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing at the University of South Africa. Manqoba is passionate about seeing services accessed by anyone irrespective of their gender or sexual orientation. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Manqoba Dludlu plans officially registering her organization, getting to do a community needs assessment and continue sensitizing different sectors on trans issues.
