Olusegun is deeply committed to bringing hope to people through his work. His daily efforts are directly aimed at ensuring energy inclusion for some of the world’s most marginalized rural communities, while simultaneously enhancing energy accessibility for households and businesses in peri-urban and urban Nigeria. In his capacity as CEO, Olusegun has spearheaded the growth of Havenhill Synergy, securing substantial funding for various high-impact projects over the past 5 years, consolidating the company’s position as one of Nigeria’s top 3 Energy Access firms in Nigeria. Furthermore, he is leading the company’s expansion into West and Central Africa. Olusegun holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and Solar Energy from Bowen University, as well as several management related programs including an entrepreneurship program at Dartmouth College.
