Nataliya Kovalenko is a Justice of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and a member of the Grand Chamber of the Cassation Administrative Court. For over eight years, she has served on the highest judicial bench, focusing on the protection of social rights and the legality of actions or inaction by the country’s top state authorities — the Parliament and the President of Ukraine. She teaches at the National School of Judges, helping to shape a new generation of the Ukrainian judiciary. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, she has also served as Deputy Commander of a territorial defense platoon, combining her legal profession with civic responsibility.
