Mary Ann Charisma C. Gutierrez-Kho is the Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 1, Bacoor City, Cavite, Philippines, and currently serves as the Executive Judge of the Municipal Trial Courts in Bacoor. Appointed to the bench in 2015, she has presided over first-level courts across multiple jurisdictions, including Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental, and Tanza, Cavite. Before her judicial appointment, she worked as a Public Attorney II at the Public Attorney’s Office-Department of Justice. With over 18 years of experience in criminal and civil law, Judge Gutierrez-Kho is dedicated to advancing access to justice, particularly for abused minors and abandoned children, and to ensuring the efficient and fair administration of justice for underprivileged citizens.
