Kevin Cabezas Páez holds master’s degrees in criminal law and procedural law and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in constitutional law. He used to work as a criminal lawyer and as a judge of the criminal guarantees court in the province of Tungurahua, Ecuador. He currently is a trial court judge in Quito, having national jurisdiction over crimes of corruption and organized crime. He has also published research in national and international magazines.
