Joe Mapiki has over five years of experience in community development working across nongovernment organizations and government institutions. Currently serving as senior community projects manager at Ubunthu Zambia, he oversees program design, implementation, and monitoring. With a Bachelor of Law degree, Joe brings strong project coordination skills to his role. Committed to advancing policy advocacy, governance, and social accountability, Joe aims to leverage the Mandela Washington Fellowship to expand his impact in promoting democratic participation and rural development initiatives across Zambia.
