Jacob is a PR and strategic communication leader, earning recognition as the Forty Under Forty Africa winner in Marketing and Communication (2024). Jacob established AdMedia Communications in 2009, where he oversees a client portfolio spanning diverse sectors including energy, transportation, communications, technology, agriculture, sports, health, banking, and development finance institutions. An e-mobility champion and sustainability entrepreneur, Jacob has invested in electric vehicles in Malawi and Air Purifiers Ltd, a company that supplies air quality monitoring and management solutions in Africa. Jacob is also a philanthropist, sponsoring initiatives in sports, health and education. A Mandela Washington Fellow (2014), Jacob remains involved in leadership development and mentorship through the Pan African Leadership Incubator, which conducts training and capacity building for political aspirants especially women and youth. He is a National and Global Ambassador for Peace under the Global Peace Foundation. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Public Health degree from Kenyatta University and a Certificate of Computer Programming from the Institute of Advanced Technology.
