Catherine Constantinides is a social entrepreneur who started her first business at the age of 16. She has over a decade invested in education, empowering and creating awareness around climate change, sustainable development, agriculture, and women’s empowerment. She works actively in schools and rural communities consulting with the government and private sector. This dynamic, award-winning young voice of Africa has her sights firmly set on addressing the challenges Africa faces as a continent, in order to be economically viable and to move forward sustainably. Constantinides is also an Archbishop Tutu African Oxford Fellow. In 2015 she was announced as one of SA’s 21 Icons and recently she received the UBUNTU award for Youth Diplomacy from the South African government for her global work. No stranger to leadership platforms across Africa, Catherine is a prominent figure who leads by example and entrenches active citizenry as a key driver to building Africa.
