Billy Macdonald Ntaote has more than six years’ experience as a news reporter in various fields, with a particular focus on politics and investigative journalism. He is currently a senior political reporter of both the Lesotho Times and the Sunday Express Newspapers based in Maseru, Lesotho. Billy is a founding member of the MNN Center for Investigative Journalism, which promotes a robust media in Lesotho, contributes in-depth investigative reporting, and holds those in authority accountable. Upon finishing his Mandela Washington Fellowship, Billy intends to focus his attention on growing the Center for Investigative Journalism and empowering aspiring investigative journalists in Lesotho. Billy holds a double-major Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration and Political Science from the National University of Lesotho.
