Adrian Garcia Casarrubias is the founder of INFOOD, an organization that empowers small holder farmers from Mexico and Latin America by helping them acquire and adopt new farming methods. This allows them to access high value global markets. He previously worked as a Director for Parque de Innovacion Agrobioteg and as an Educator for the Universidad Politecnica de Bicentenario. He received a Bachelor’s in Biotechnology from the Autonomous University of Queretaro. He received his MD and is currently his PhD in Plant Biotechnology from the Center for Research and Advanced Studies at the National Polytechnic Institute.
