Abdul Aziz Adamu has over six years of experience in peacebuilding and conflict resolution. He is currently the executive president of Dreams to Reality Transformers, a youth-led non-profit organization in Cameroon that aims to empower youths from indigenous, minority, conflict-affected, and highly marginalized communities in order to advance peace and sustainable development. Additionally, Abdul Aziz serves as president of the Cameroon National Youth Council for Menchum, a diverse community, where he focuses on increasing inclusive youth participation in sustainable development initiatives. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English literature and is deeply committed to increasing the representation and participation of young people from underserved communities in peace and nation-building. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Abdul Aziz plans to advance youth action toward sustainable development by implementing capacity-building projects, developing safe and inclusive venues for youth engagement, and cultivating relevant partnerships and networks.
