Nduka Michael Obi is a Judge of the High Court of Delta State, Nigeria, and currently serves as a member of the Governing Council of the Delta State Multi-Door Courthouse. As a trained mediator from Kennesaw State University and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, Nigeria, he has emerged as a leading judicial voice in promoting and institutionalizing Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has delivered numerous papers and training on mediation, criminal justice reform, leadership, and conflict resolution. Nduka began his legal career at the firm of Chief C. O. Ihensekhien (SAN) & Co. He later became an accomplished commercial lawyer with G.M. Ibru & Co., where he played a pivotal role in the firm’s dispute resolution and M&A practice. Nduka is an alumnus of the University of Calabar (LL.B.) and the University of Lagos (LL.M. in Commercial Law and Corporate Securities).
