Agang has twelve years of experience in the ICT4Development sector. Her technical experience includes work in IT communication strategy, change management, data, and system analysis. Her experience extends to consultancy, project management, business development efforts and implementation of business strategies. Her company, The Clicking Generation offers ICT and mentor grassroots training on various life skills, designs age-appropriate curriculum lesson plans, offers technology classes and tutoring, and develops mentoring plans for target groups, especially for girls to be involved in the science and engineering fields. She has also notably been an Atlas Corps Fellow in 2018, AU Innovator in 2019 and Futurelect Fellow in 2022. Agang holds master’s in data science and AI from the European Business University and a bachelor’s in computer information systems from the University of Botswana.
