Marlon Jean-Paul Albert Esparon works in the financial sector and specializes in insurance. An active volunteer, he has contributed to various projects, from giving speeches to spearheading a youth voting drive that led to the biggest youth turnout in the history of his country. Marlon is known nationally as a youth advocate and mentor. He holds degrees in Corporate Compliance and E-Commerce. A former speaker of the Youth Parliament in the Seychelles, his dream is to become the youngest speaker of the National Assembly. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, he hopes to realize that dream and be a voice for those who have none.
