Lwazi is passionate about land rights and access to property, enabling poor and lower class citizens in Cape Town to work within city limits. Recent processes such as gentrification and the lack of a public housing offering for area residents have pushed many out of the city with a daunting task of traveling dozens of miles through poor and inaccessible conditions.

Our world needs strong, exemplary and purposeful leaders like Lwazi. Since our inception six years ago, the Presidential Precinct has helped to empower and inspire more than 1,000 rising leaders around the world to strengthen their impact promoting Human Rights & Justice, Women’s Empowerment, Economic Opportunity, Civic Engagement, Good Governance and Cultural Heritage.
