On January 27 2017, Neal Piper, Presidential Precinct Executive Director, spoke to over 500 high school students at the We the People Regional Finals located at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. The finals were organized by James Madison’s Montpelier.

We the People features an intensive curriculum that provides students with a fundamental understanding of the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the principles and values they embody. The We the People curriculum includes a competition that enables high school students the opportunity to put their Constitutional knowledge to the test. Ten high school classes from across the Commonwealth were in attendance of the Regional Finals along with teachers and parents.
