Neema Kiswaga is passionate leader with sincere desire to impart skills and experience to bring about sustainable development through empowering leaders of change. Following her passion, she joined John Maxwell Global Team in 2015 to sharpen her leadership skills. She then founded Leadership Ladder Tanzania, where she currently serves as a leadership coach and trainer. Leadership Ladder is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to grow and flourish as leaders. Neema is responsible for designing leadership development programs as well as leading coaching and training sessions. Prior to founding Leadership Ladder Tanzania, she served as a Country Coordinator and East Africa Regional Peer Facilitator for HIV/AIDS and youth programs for 9 years. Neema is driven by her passion and a long-term desire for empowering leaders of change for she strongly believes that everything rises and falls in leadership. Upon completion of Mandela Fellowship, Neema is planning to continue with her mission of adding value to individuals and organizations to discover and utilize their potential for their own benefit and for benefit of the nation.
