Senator Tim Kaine, Ben Rhodes Welcome Mandela Washington Fellows to the Precinct
Last Monday at the University of Virginia’s Rotunda, 2017 Mandela Washington Fellows received a warm welcome from Precinct scholars and supporters, including Senator Tim Kaine and Ben Rhodes, Chief International Advisor to the Obama Foundation. Speakers for the day also included University of Virginia President Teresa Sullivan, and Founder of the Presidential Precinct, James B. Murray Jr.
