“The discussion we are having here – the topics, the debates – are a contribution to how we can improve our lives.” – Emery Mudinga

Emery is politically committed in advocating about youth access to jobs, decision-making positions in the different institutions and stands against the various injustices and discrimination against youth in the political debate.

Emery spent 6 weeks at the Presidential Precinct as a Mandela Washington Fellow. The Mandela Washington Fellowship is the flagship program of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), which empowers young people through academic coursework, leadership training, and networking.
