Bright is passionate about governance issues and strongly believes in the potential of civil society to influence reforms. He plans to continue work in the field of anti-corruption after his fellowship, focusing on closing anti-corruption legislative gaps in Ghana.

Bright spent 6 weeks at the Presidential Precinct as a Mandela Washington Fellow. The Mandela Washington Fellowship is the flagship program of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), which empowers young people through academic coursework, leadership training, and networking.
